QPSE’s Procurement Services is a strong complement to our engineering and construction capabilities.

Leveraging vendor relations and a strong financial sheet to bid and purchase project materials is an essential element to project success.

In communication with the project team, QPSE’s procurement professionals expedite materials to ensure timely delivery, accuracy of materials per specification, and optimize construction schedule. They work proactively to expedite vendor drawing approvals, resolve material discrepancies, and report and resolve material overages, shortages, or damages – alleviating unnecessary delay in material receipt.

Parallel to the acquisition of materials, is compilation of material documentation required to ensure traceability of the materials
supplied. Material documentation is organized to ensure that the proper receiving documents and material test data are easily
identifiable and readily available upon receipt.

For an additional level of support during construction and audit, QPSE partners with clients to provide this documentation in
“real-time” via file sharing sites. QPSE provides material documentation support for audits with multiple agencies including the Department of Transportation and PHMSA. Job books are compiled upon project completion, per individual customer agreement, and are supplied as specified.

While these services complement QPSE engineering and
construction, Procurement is also a stand-alone service that can
be contracted, even after your project has commenced.
